Since the launch of Spotify’s first K-Pop playlist K-Pop Daebak in 2014, there have been more than 41 billion K-Pop streams on Spotify, and fans have spent more than a whopping 134 billion minutes on K-Pop music. To prove that, Spotify recently introduced 13 new and revamped playlists on its K-Pop Hub, broadening its current K-Pop offering and catering to the many facets of this exciting genre. However, we all know that Korean music isn’t just about K-Pop, it also consists of a wide spectrum from groovy K-R&B hits, K-Rock’s electric vibrations to K-Hip Hop’s spitting rhythm and flow and not to mention unforgettable soundtracks from timeless K-Dramas, Korean music is one of the most eclectic and diverse genres on Spotify. There are also other games like Clone Hero, Eternal, A Dance of Fire and Ice, Friday Night Funkin, etc.If you’re a frequent Spotify user, you’ll probably be familiar with the K-Pop Daebak playlist, curated by Spotify where it plays the latest bop that everyone else is listening to. In Difficulty Increasing, there are 7 mods in it which are Hard Rock (Which makes the game harder), Sudden Death (Miss a note, fail) Perfect (SS the map or fail), Double Time (Speeds up the map by 1.5x), Nightcore (Makes the map have a Nightcore feel on the music), Hidden (Hides the circle) and Flashlight (which limits your Point of View to just your cursor). Difficulty Reducing has 3 mods in it which are Easy Mods (which makes the game relatively easier in low star maps, not high star maps), No Fail (It is Impossible to Fail), and Half Time (which makes the song slower). They also have Mods, the are 3 different types of mods, Difficulty Reducing, Difficulty Increasing, and Special. Spinners where you have to spin your cursor as fast as you can. Hit Circles are Circles where you have to click it to the beat, Sliders are circles where you have to hold and follow the slider ball, there is also a thing called a Reverse Arrow where if you see one, go to the opposite direction. There are 3 things to hit in the game Hit Circle, Sliders and Spinners. Osu! is a rhythm game where you click circles to your beat, they have a ranking system that is based on PP or performance point (Pls don't farm). Its on steam however I believe development has stopped.įriday night funkin' is VERY popular and for good reason! Though the controls can be janky, so I only suggest it if you like the style of game, and there's TONS of mods with characters and songs you might know as well as original content! Its on newgrounds. Muse dash is nice, it only takes two keys, its very cheap! (Like 2-5 dollars) Though you need DLC to get the true experience so I only suggest buying the DLC if you really like the game.

Osu is free to download off the site, and all of the beatmaps are on there too! Just download and drag and drop into the game to play! You need a mouse and keyboard, though using just a mouse is ok! Taiko and the base game is nice, CTB and mania are harder. Osu! might be a little complicated to start but its fun and free to play! It has different modes too like mania and taiko.
